A Maryland man with a history of drunken driving charges was arrested and charged with killing an 11-year-old Takoma Park boy, while driving drunk, twice crossing the center line and hitting three cars. Urbano was charged with homicide with auto while intoxicated, negligent manslaughter by auto and six traffic offenses, including driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. Urbano was held in lieu of $500,000 bond. He also is facing a charge of driving while intoxicated and is scheduled to stand trial in Montgomery County District Court on a speeding ticket.
